Our planned voluntary policy gives you 30 days from delivery to request a return of an unused item.

The planned 30-day policy

Keep the light or accessory, its included parts, and original packaging together. Under this additional policy, buyers would cover return shipping for a change of mind; we would cover it for a defective or incorrect item. The policy and return address will be finalized before retail orders open.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Eligible EU distance purchases generally carry a 14-day withdrawal right, alongside rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. The unused-item and packaging conditions above apply only to the additional voluntary policy.

Return and refund instructions

A support channel, return address, and refund timelines will be published before sales begin. Do not send items to an unconfirmed address. Statutory withdrawal notices and refund deadlines take precedence where applicable.
